No but HF can offer a construction loan to the individual.


Are the prices given fixed or negotiable?

No they are not.


Does the location of the plot have to be within Nairobi?

No it does not it can be anywhere within a municipality.


When should the deposit be paid and to whom?

All payments should be made to Housing Finance.
